The Mystery of Romania

We have all heard of Count Dracula. He is a fictional character, of course. But the inspiration for his creation came from a real person, the Wallachian Prince Vlad III the Impaler, who was Romanian. That is why everybody connects vampires with Romania today.
Probably that is why Bram Stoker received inspiration from this country, because it is mysterious. The Carpathians, the neoclassical architecture, the old castles, the rainy in the mountain weather, these things create the perfect atmosphere for the home of someone as dark as Count Dracula.

Today this mystery is being used for attracting tourists and earning money. Millions of people come to Romania every year to see the home of the cruel Count. Of course this is not the only interesting place in Romania.

Bucharest is one of the best Balkan destinations for sightseeing. It is full of old buildings, built in western style. The city offers the perfect opportunity for a holiday of a lifetime. With all the landmarks, restaurants and wonderful Bucharest hotels, you will stay busy and amused all the time. The atmosphere in the Romanian capital reminds very much of Paris. The city even has its own Arch of Triumph, which is the same like the French, only a little smaller.

So, if you decide to visit this wonderful country, do not miss Bucharest. You will be captured by its charm and beauty. Not to mention the hospitality and comfort you will meet in every Bucharest hotel. They will make your holiday even better.
